The world's biggest bank will invest in Sri Lanka

The European Investment Bank, the world's largest investment bank, has agreed to invest in Sri Lanka.

EU Ambassador to Sri Lanka and Maldives áš­an Lai-Marg (Tung-Lai Margue) has recently (28), said at a press conference in the Ministry of Finance.

He said that the GSP Plus environment for delivery back to Sri Lanka is now pending, that is.
In addition, he added that it is expected to give its full support to achieve the objectives of sustainable development in Sri Lanka.
